Service Division
Dave Justice is President and General Manager of Justice Electric Company. Dave has on-the-job experience and holds both a Journeyman license and an Electrical Contractors license. He joined the management team in 1969 after returning from the Armed Forces.
Dave is trained in Job Management, Schedule and Control, and has experience in laying out all types of electrical systems. He has attended several National Electrical Contractors Association seminars, and has also attended National Electrical Code classes.
Dave is a member of the Cedar Rapids Rotary. He is a past president of the Cedar Rapids division of National Electrical Contractors Association and is presently serving on the Cedar Rapids Electrical Board of Licensing and Appeals.
Joe Justice is our Estimator and Safety Coordinator. He joined the management team in 1990 after attending Kirkwood College. Joe has attended National Electrical Contractors Association estimating school, Project Management school and the University of Wisconsin estimating school. Joe is in charge of Justice Electric Safety Program and conducts the safety meeting with our employees.
He is a member of the Cedar Rapids division of National Electrical Contractors Association, and Chairman of the Cedar Rapids Division Safety committee. Joe is a member of the Cedar Rapids Round Table Safety and a member of the Cedar Rapids Daybreak Rotary.

Started in the industry in 1969 and has been employeed by Justice Electric Co. since March 20, 1974. Some of the major projects Jim has managed include, H & W Motor Terminal, Armar Plaza, Osco Drug, Greenwood Terrace, Salad Bar, Nelson Manufacturing, Arby's (Iowa City), Larry Nelson Center, Airport Office, Mount Mercy Library, St. Jude's Church, Toy's R Us, Options of Linn County, Rockwell (Coralville), Norwest Bank and foreman in charge of projects and maintenance at St. Luke's Hospital. |

Started in the industry in 1978 and has been employed by Justice Electric Co. since 1982. Rick is currently in charge of Cargill West Flour and Flavoring Departments and Projects. |

Started his apprenticeship with Justice Electric Co. on August 13, 1984. Some of the projects Jim has managed include; Five Season Floor Power, McGladery-Pullen and is currently foreman in charge of projects and maintenance at Cargill East. |

Started his apprenticeship with Justice Electric Co. on May 2, 1994. Some of the major projects Tom has managed are Erskine Advanced Imaging Center addition. |

Started in the industry in 1996 and joined Justice Electric Co. on February 3, 2000. Some of the major projects Cory has managed are, Dr. Ahn Medical Office, Weitz Office, Hy-Vee (Johnson Ave.) remodel and Lake View Manor. |

Started in the industry in 1989 and has been employed by Justice Electric Co. since April 10, 1997. Paul is currently working in our service division and is very knowledgable in all types of electrical work. |
